Working principle
The European version coarse grinding is mainly composed of components such as the casing, rotor, striking iron, and grate. The casing is divided into upper and lower parts, which are welded by cutting steel plates, and the other parts are connected together by bolts. There is a high manganese steel lining plate embedded inside the casing, which can be replaced after wear and tear. The European version coarse grinding spindle is equipped with an array of hammers arranged in a regular pattern, which together with the turntable and hammer shaft form a rotor. By driving the main shaft with a motor and a V-belt, the rotor rotates, and the hammer is stretched outwards by the centrifugal force generated during rotation. After entering the crushing chamber through the feeding port, large pieces of material are crushed by the high-speed moving sub. The qualified crushed materials are discharged through the slotted grate at the bottom, while the unqualified materials are left in the crushing chamber and repeatedly acted upon by hammers and striking iron blocks until they can be discharged.
